Career History
Psychotherapy, Coaching and Mediating
I apply the ‘Integrative’ approach founded on the core conditions of Person Centred Therapy. As a coach, the principles of NLP are utilised to support those I work with to actualise.
Management and Leadership
I have senior management positions in the Justice and Education sectors. Having achieved my objectives in management, I made the decision to focus all of my energy on my core passion, helping others.
Volunteering and Sponsorship
I dedicate a portion of my time to volunteering as a 12-step sponsor, using my own experience to support those that suffer with process addictions.

My Journey
I’m Asa, an Integrative Psychotherapist specialising in mental health related challenges, relationship difficulties and family issues.
Having spent 15 years working in central London, I was able to experience both the good and not so good parts of city life. Whilst I embraced the cultural diversity and challenges a fast paced life can bring, it was easy to see the challenges that come with that lifestyle.
I have been fortunate enough to experience a wide range of cultures when living in South America and Asia where I lived before returning to the UK during the COVID 19 pandemic. Setting off on these adventures gave me a broad understanding of the challenges people face in different cultures, enabling me to bring elements of both western and eastern culture into my work.
As a therapist, I have one aim, to help others through their journey towards a healthy, fulfilling lifestyle where they always feel they’re ‘enough’ simply by being their authentic self.
