What to Expect

All the workshops follow a similar format, purpose and ethos.

Each day starts with a short introduction by each participant including everyone working on the workshop, we are very much all in it together. Delegates then engage in a range of learner centred, active learning activities designed to ensure all participants are engaged throughout the session. Members of the group are encouraged to share their own experience of supporting colleagues with mental health and wellbeing challenges. This provides the opportunity to share good practice, ask questions and discuss real life examples. Typically, the sessions end with the group reflecting on their learning and development. Here. we consolidate the main take aways from the session and commit to implementing the practical tools in their own work place.

If you would like more information on any of the workshops, please email Asa@TheProcessMentalWellbeing.com and you will receive all the latest updates.

Who Delivers The Workshops?

What DelegATES Say…..

“Asa was truly collaborative in his approach to running a bespoke televised workshop for ITV's 'My Mum Your Dad.' The cast all praised his methods and his ability to cultivate an open space where they felt comfortable in sharing their stories, thoughts and feelings and to be able to open up to one another about their experiences that led them to their current situation.”

HM, ITV 2023

“I attended a session presented by Asa on empowerment and being the best version of yourself, and I can confidently say it was one of the most impactful and engaging talks I’ve experienced. Asa's ability to connect with the audience is exceptional – he made complex ideas feel approachable and relevant, leaving everyone feeling inspired and motivated to take action.”

SL, Johnson & Johnson, 2024

“Asa creates an accepting, comfortable, and non-judgemental environment for you to share your life experiences as is. I definitely got to know myself better throughout the 1.5 years we worked with Asa. He helped me gain a different perspective about life in general and myself. Strongly recommended!”
