Who said therapy can’t be exciting, enjoyable and fun?
Three-day retreats combine group therapy with a wide range of activities designed to help build your confidence and self-esteem in a natural, healthy way. Let go of all the baggage that’s holding you back by smiling, laughing and having a damn good time with a bunch of guys that want to go deep into their personal growth and have a lot of fun doing it.
Ok, don’t panic! We’ll slow things down at the start and end of each day with a meditation session, theory work and a group therapy session.
Please note, retreats are for those who identify as male.
Half-Day Retreats
Wondering if your patterns might be holding you back but, don’t know where to start? Jump on one of the half-day retreats to get to grips with the path that lies ahead of you. Most importantly, you will leave the session with some useful tools that will help you tackle your issues day-to-day. All half day retreats are carried out online.

Day Retreats
If you’re ready to commit to making a significant change, the day retreats will help you do exactly that. Together, we will meditate, read, share, learn and grow as you begin to create a vision for your future self. On the day retreat, you will have access to four workshops each designed to help you grow into the person you’ve always wanted to be.
Time: 9.00am - 5.00pm Cost: £200
Three-Day Retreat
Ready to become the best version of yourself but not sure where to start? The three-day retreats provide the ideal setting for you to get deeper into your healing process, connecting with your inner-child and identifying unwanted patterns of behaviour. You’ll develop an understanding of self-love, compassion and honesty with yourself.

All retreats support the local community and have a specific focus on
promoting environmentally responsible tourism.
What to Expect
All the retreats follow a similar format, purpose and ethos.
Each day starts with a short introduction by each participant including everyone working on the retreat, we are very much all in it together. A group meditation will follow, helping the group to meet on the same level. The group therapy then allows you to connect with different elements of self within the group setting.
On longer retreats, group activities take place such as kayaking, white water rafting, surfing, rock climbing, mountain biking and hiking. Whilst the activities are created depending on the needs of the specific group, there is always a clear emphasis on fun, teamwork and of course, a certain amount of challenge to ease you out of your comfort zone.
